Patients appreciate Doctor Dlugokinski’s promise to review treatment fees and arrangements before beginning a dental service. Ample time is provided to answer patient questions about every aspect of a patient’s care.

Our office strives to help our patient families afford their dental care. Our staff will review fees and payment options in the privacy of our consultation room. In some circumstances we are able to pass financial savings back to our patients who reduce administrative paperwork costs to our office. We accept personal checks, credit cards and have monthly budget plans.

Care Credit

Is an outside billing service that manages our payment plans for patients and allows patients to work within their household budget. We pay a small fee to Care Credit and they manage the administrative work. Care Credit has many options available for payment plans…it’s just a matter of finding the right one for you…and we can help!

Some patients have dental insurance that contributes a portion towards their dental fees. Our office will estimate the insurance payment and process the paperwork for you. Please understand, however, that the obligation for payment remains with the patient. Accepting reimbursement is simply a courtesy that we extend to insured patients for 30 days after treatment. If an insurance company has not sent reimbursement to the office within 30 days, we do request that the treatment balance be satisfied and ask you to contact the insurance company and encourage them to meet their obligation. Most insurance companies pay promptly, but occasionally a little encouragement from the policy holder is the best motivator.
